Making a Purchase
Ordering online currently is unavailable. For product purchases, we do enforce online prices. However, to purchase items you must come into our local stores or place an order via phone. All prices on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD), depending on which location you purchase from. Overseas customers will be billed by us in pounds sterling (GBP) with the equivalent value in their local currency appearing on their card statement.
Credit and debit card orders may also be placed by telephone by calling 0845 226 9451. Calls are charged at local rates within the UK. Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. (From outside the UK, please dial +44 845 226 9451.) Shipping will be provided only within the respective local areas.
Payment by cheque or postal order is also possible and should be sent with a written order to us at the address given on the Contact Us page. We ship worldwide only if you purchase via store.

EU Member States:

VAT will not be added to orders shipped directly to non-EU countries.
We aim to dispatch orders on the day that they are received. We offer a range of UK and international delivery options including next-day (UK only) and express, as well as normal post. Options and prices appropriate to your order will be shown during the checkout process.
If an ordered item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. Please contact us to obtain a returns number before returning goods. Goods must be returned to us and be received by us in an “as new” condition, complete, and in original packaging before a refund is given. Please note that in these circumstances we will not refund carriage costs. This does not apply to software products such as compilers for which refunds are not possible. Please ensure that these products suit your requirements before ordering by first downloading and evaluating the free demonstration versions.
After 14 days, only faulty goods may be returned for replacement, repair or refund at our discretion. Our products are all supplied with a 12 month warranty. If you suspect that a product may be faulty please contact us for assistance by email or telephone.
